Jeff served 12 years in the Navy and during that time he was a small arms specialist and earned his degree as a Mechanical Engineer. He spent a period of time on the Base Security team Miramar NAS in San Diego. Service time included Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Southern Watch. As a civilian he pursued a career in the Machine Tool Industry and continued his training in Firearms and Dive Rescue Training.

Jeff continued in the Dive industry and completed his certifications as an Instructor Trainer. As an ERDI instructor he spent time with Police and Fire Rescue teams. As his training evolved so did his passion for Instructing with firearms. Today Jeff’s passion is to provide Relevant, Recent, and Realistic material and training programs for students. Jeff is a mentor and resource to Instructors and provides ongoing training to develop their skills. As students become Instructors, they also inherit the opportunity to run their own business.

Jeff saw an opportunity to partner with the leading company in the Firearms Legal protection industry and to be able to offer the best product on the market from Firearms Legal Protection. Jeff is now the Area Regional Manager in Arizona for Firearms Legal Protection.

​He is a Life Member of the National Rifle Association and a Commander Member for Frontsite.  He is an active member of the IDPA and the United States Practical Shooting Association. Any spare time Jeff has is spent Volunteering with the Arizona Rangers and on the Security team with his Church. He is a proud father of two grown boys and two grandchildren and spends as much time as he can with his loving wife. 

He is a regular student himself attending various training courses and conferences each year.
