**MUST READ.... The NRA requires that the Training Counselor evaluates your performance. You must pass written test, teach backs, and shooting qual. in order to be certified. If you don't pass then you will need to attend the next class and repeat the class.

There is no cost to attend the class - we only require you pay the range fee for retake of a qual.

What to bring for class:

• PLEASE BRING YOUR UNLOADED Firearm CASED - NO holsters, NO EMPTY MAGAZINES / SPEEDLOADERS, AND NO AMMUNITION INTO THE CLASSROOM.
• Pen or pencil and Hi lighter
• Paper to take notes
• Handgun 
• 200-300 rounds of ammunition  NO reloads, factory new only (basic practice ammunition, for example 115 grain FMJ, 9mm Luger for your 9mm pistol)
• Gun case (NO holster)
• 2 magazines or speed loaders (minimum)
• Eye and ear protection (preferably with amplification, but not required)
• Baseball cap (optional)
• Knee pads (optional)

YOU WILL SHOOT THE INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATION

ON THE RANGE- YOU WILL BE TEACHING LESSON II:

• Defensive Shooting, Flash Sight Picture, Accelerated Shots
• Range Session with live fire and firing from positions and cover / concealment

WE WILL TRANSITION FROM THE RANGE TO THE CLASSROOM @ BASF.
